I want to help people overcome the adversity of sedentenarian and gluttonous lifestyles. I studied personal training with American Council on Exercise (ACE) and Natural Movement with MovNat. My preferred exercise styles are walking, hiking, running, mace/gada swinging, gymnast rings, biking, kayaking, and other bodyweight exercises like squats, pushups, etc.

I do not advocate gyms, except for access to saunas and as a worst case scenario during bad weather. The music is terrible and the people are weird. There are also a slew of toxic products such as air poisoners, surface cleaners, and chemi-kills in the pools.
